Aims
This module aims for apprentices to apply their knowledge, skills and behaviours to practice in a work based project which broadens their perspective on the organisation, investigating the way the organisation creates value and delivers advantage using the learning from the modules during the year.
Learning Outcomes

Negotiate objectives with employer for a project

Synthesise and apply relevant theory and concepts to develop strategies to enhance the value created by an organisation

Report and present findings with reflection on their effectiveness as practitioner and own leadership approaches
