Aims
The module focuses on the influence of culture, politics and power on the behaviour of individuals and teams within an organisation, and how this affects the behaviour of an organisation as a whole.
Successful completion of this module will enable students to make positive contributions in the workplace through an understanding of what makes people and organisations do what they do as well as adjusting own behaviour through reflection.
