Aims
To introduce and implement concepts, procedures and techniques used in the planning and control of commercial aspects of construction projects.
Learning Outcomes
1.
Apply planning and programming concepts and techniques to construction projects.
2.
Calculate critical path of construction works, and allocate resources accordingly.
3.
Calculate cash flow projections for a given construction project scenario.
4.
Apply project control techniques such as earned value analysis.
