Aims

An overview of the English legal system and law making process An understanding of the law relating to commercial transactions An awareness of the law relating to intellectual property and the provision of computer products and services An understanding of the law relating to computer misuse resolution.

You will learn to understand the law relating to commercial transactions and develop an awareness of the law relating to intellectual property and the provision of computer products and services.
