Aims

Explore the main psychological techniques that govern sport and exercise psychology needs analysis and client education. Understand the main psychological skills training interventions and how they can be implemented in a sport and exercise setting. Discuss how to evaluate professional practice and use reflective practice to ensure practitioner development.
