Aims

Building on the 'Team Entrepreneurship' module in level 4, this module aims to enable students to further develop their knowledge and practice of working in teams. Students will also gain experience of employing coaching methods and skills to support their team's development.

Learning Outcomes

Critically analyse knowledge and practice to develop and apply strategies o maximise the effectiveness of a team and develop plans for future actions
