Aims

In this module, apprentices will apply knowledge and skills to develop a business case to address an agreed issue or opportunity in the workplace.

Learning Outcomes

Negotiate objectives with employer for a project and apply a structured project management process
2.
Analyse, using relevant concepts, a business situation and develop a business case to professional standards
3.
Identify, evaluate and apply problem solving and decision making approaches
4.
Report and present findings with reflection on their effectiveness
