Aims

The aim of this module is to develop a critical understanding of key factors relating to the effective management of people and processes in order to achieve positive organisational outcomes.

Module Overview:
The aim of this module is to develop a critical understanding of key factors relating to the effective management of people and processes in order to achieve positive organisational outcomes. Students will evaluate the process of managing people, and the dynamics of team management. They will also analyse how individual differences can motivate and manage people and teams to deliver organisational performance.
Additional Information:
This module has been designed to give students an understanding of some of the theoretical and practical applications relevant to the management of people and their behaviour in organisations.
