Aims
To provide an introduction to basic elements of professional conduct and clinical legal education, and provide a basis for critically observing and reflecting upon the delivery of legal services in live client settings.
Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate an understanding of the principle concepts of legal ethics and professional conduct
2.
Accurately summarise legal advice given in a clinical legal setting.
3.
Reflect on the delivery of legal services and the particular client care and professional issues arising from observed sessions.
