Aims

1. Advance your knowledge and understanding of selected digital technologies;
2. Be introduced to storyboards and learn how they are constructed;
3. Experience working with a combination of digital media to communicate complex narratives and emotions;
4. Become aware of risk taking in design development;
5. Maintain a log of your work ;
6. Produce a digital artefact demonstrating competence in specific digital technologies and software; and
7. Use appropriate digital technologies in order to be able to communicate professionally with a defined audience

Module Content

Outline Syllabus:
You will develop your proficiency with the technologies in order to work with greater autonomy.
In addition to gaining a greater knowledge of industry standard digital technologies and software you will experiment and take calculated risks with using and combining multiple digital processes, various techniques and software.
You will determine a real-life scenario and/or issue and produce a narrative and then communicate it in a digital artefact using a range and combination of digital processes, techniques and software.
Additional Information:
During this module you will build on and delve deeper into the digital technologies employed in the arts and design sector.
