Aims
The aim of this module is to provide an effective platform for students to examine employability and personal development through personal development planning (PDP) and work related learning (WRL). The module will provide opportunities to observe and engage in a variety of learning activities within a number of different settings, develop an understanding of effective pedagogical skills and their application in practical and work related contexts. This module will also provide a framework to support students in becoming an autonomous, and effective reflective practitioners.
