This module will enable students to build knowledge of learning, including how we facilitate and support their own learning. Students will develop the knowledge and skills required to make choices about their learning

Module Overview:
This module will enable students to build knowledge of learning, including how others facilitate and support their own learning. Different learning styles will be explored, particularly in relation to training and development interventions in organisations. Students will come to know how learning takes place at individual and organisational levels.
Additional Information:This module explores how learning takes place and how learning can be supported at an individual and organisational level. Students will understand how training events work within an organisational setting
