Module Content
Outline Syllabus:Personal development planning. Study techniques and academic writing. Research skills and referencing. Oral communication skills. Self-awareness.
Letter writing, CVs, interview techniques. Critical thinking and writing skills. Exam technique. Planning for Level 5 and industrial training.
Arithmetic of whole numbers. Fractions, decimal fractions, percentage and algebra. Indices. Simplifying algebraic expressions. Factorisation.
