1. To facilitate the development of personal, academic and professional skills as a foundation for students’ current and future studies.

3. To cover a selection of topical subjects in Psychology & Health

Module Content
Outline Syllabus:The syllabus will build academic skills week by week, taking students through the process of finding information, using that information and communicating it to others in both written and oral form.
The module will also cover other academic skills such as personal development planning, time management and organisation, target setting, and using feedback.
Students will develop their team working skills through group activities in workshops.
Digital literacy and IT skills will be enhanced through workshops, on-line activities and the creation of a reflective blog.
