The Course examines Public International Law

Identify and prioritise source materials needed for a clear and proper understanding of the subject

Demonstrate a critical awareness of the factors which have shaped the development of international law

Flexibly and creatively apply knowledge of the role of international law in international relations

Employ advanced skills of the potential conflicts between the underpinning philosophies of international law and international human rights law
