Aims
The course examines Consumer Law
Learning Outcomes
1.
Acquire the ability to work and research independently and seek advice as required
2.
Identify and prioritise source materials needed for a proper understanding of the subject
3.
Maintain a critical awareness of the factors which shape consumer law
4.
Analyse and critically evaluate practices within the consumer law and practice field
5.
Exhibit a wide awareness of consumer law, and the ability to apply it critically in a variety of contexts

Conflicts between domestic consumer protection measures and EU policies
