Aims

This module aims to enable students to understand the different aspects of project management, in order to utilise this management skill in the working environment.

Learning Outcomes

Critically evaluate the key concepts of project management.
2.
Analyse the concepts of stakeholders, success criteria and critical success factors relating to project management.
3.
Select and apply methods, tools and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects.
4.
Critically consider the skills and competencies required to manage projects.
