Aims
This module aims to enable students initiate and lead change in their organisation with a focus on sustainable change at both a personal and organisational level.
Learning Outcomes

Critically evaluate current and contemporary theories on leading change and sustainability.

Analyse the relationship between leadership and change

Assess ethical considerations which need to be considered when leading sustainable change within an organisation
