Aims
To provide an understanding of advocacy and mooting to be able to argue in court
Learning Outcomes

demonstrate the ability to select key research issues and to identify relevant primary and secondary sources

Demonstrate an ability to apply legal knowledge to complex problems and draw reasoned conclusions supported by legal authority
