To provide an introduction to ways in which businesses are set up, managed and evolve

Learning Outcomes

Evaluate the different forms of business models and compare and contrast
2.
Define and evaluate the relationship, powers, rights and duties of persons under each business model
3.
Demonstrate an understanding of the key aspects of non for profit business models
4.
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of sales and agency law in advising persons in running and working in a business

Module Overview:
To provide an introduction to ways in which businesses are set up and managed. Students will evaluate the different forms of business models and compare and contrast.
Additional Information:This is an option module on the LLM L & P module which would be good for those following a career as a solicitor
