Aims
The aim of the module is to consolidate and integrate knowledge and skills acquired in other modules in year 1 and year 2 of the programme. Therefore, it will share many of the same intended learning outcomes with these Modules. This is a consolidation module and as such refers to prior learning. Please see the outline syllabus on page two to see which modules are incorporated.
Learning Outcomes

Critically evaluate and apply appropriate theoretical concepts, models and frameworks, from a range of disciplines, to solve organisation problems

Understand the key leadership and organisation issues associated with the setting and implementation of a company strategy and particularly the interplay of factors and decision-making issues that influence effective organisational performance.

Understand the ambiguities between the theoretical and the real-world business environment.
4.
Manage complex, unstructured problems in a rigorous and analytical way.
5.
Improving one’s own learning through planning, monitoring, critical reflection, and be able to evaluate and adapt strategies for further development.
