Aims

1.To provide an understanding of essential elements of environmental law 2.To provide an awareness of the impact of environmental issues both nationally and internationally 3.To provide an understanding of broad theoretical global issues of the relationship between global trade and national regulation 4.To enable students to understand the issues relating to companies and businesses from a national and international regulatory perspective

Learning Outcomes

Critically evaluate arguments, assumptions and abstract concepts and so formulate judgements and identify a range of solutions to a given problem.
2.
Develop an ability to exercise initiative when faced with novel and/or complex problem situations
3.
Manage time and develop independent learning for continuous development

This module provides an:
