Aims
The aims of this module are for students to develop an understanding of the challenges faced by those involved in leading organisations in today’s increasingly complex and dynamic global business environment. Students will be introduced to models, concepts and theories. Techniques for critically analysing leadership within organisations and the many facets of interrelations will be introduced and developed over the course of the module.
