Aims

Most project managers have never been trained in problem solving, creative thinking techniques, and decision making. This module provides a focus on transferable soft skills. Through a focus on problem solving, this module allows students to investigate and diagnose using a range of applicable models project issues and solutions, that lead to improved project performance.

Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of traditional and contemporary approaches to management of projects.

Critically analyse project situations and project dynamics and their suitability.
3.
Apply analytical and behavioural approaches to problem analysis within a project management context.
