Aims
To enable students to demonstrate a firm understanding of conveyancing transactions in both domestic and commercial transactions.
To examine the sequential series of steps in a property transaction.
To develop skills of fact analysis, identifying legal issues; client goals; transactional procedures; problem solving; advising; writing and drafting within a property context.
