Outline Syllabus:revision of research methods and methodologies identification of appropriate primary and secondary sources research ethics and ethical approval identification of appropriate conceptual frameworks and theoretical perspectives reporting research findings

To give students the opportunity to plan, manage and report personal research in health and social care This module focuses around a major project or dissertation related to health and social care. It will offer an opportunity for an data analysis and reporting based on empirical study or desk-based research. Students will allocated a supervisors who will guide them through the research process, from identifying a suitable area to reporting findings and analysis.
