Aims

This module aims to introduce students to current project management methodologies. Students will develop a solid understanding of project processes, procedures and essential skills and knowledge needed to apply a structured project management methodology to the management of organisational projects.

Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate recognised competencies in an established project management methodology.

Analyse the appropriateness of a structured approach to project management within organisations
