Aims

The aim of this module is to teach students the emerging issues of unconventional or non – traditional security in the world and how they have become more pressing problems in contemporary global affairs than conventional issues.

Learning Outcomes

1.
Understand the issues of non – traditional security that affect the world irrespective of conventional demarcations such as state, community and national defence.
2.
Analyse the impact of non – traditional security aspects to global relations both individually collectively.
3.
Suggest appropriate sustainable development initiatives to handle non – traditional security issues.
