Aims

Outline Syllabus:Examining the term talent learners will develop knowledge within the nature vs nurture debate and the role and characteristics of talent identification and talent development theory.
Learners will explain the challenges associated with talent identification with consideration to basis, REA and maturation conducting a talent identification report.
