Aims
The aim of this module is to teach the functions of European Union, EU law and its impact to member countries. First, it covers the institutional and procedural part of EU law, the role of the institutions of the Union, and the legal mechanisms through which EU law becomes part of the national order. Secondly, it covers enactment of law. It also covers the human rights and EU free movement law.

Analyse how EU law affects the rights and obligations of Member States, citizens and businesses
