Aims
Explore the main psychological techniques that govern sport and exercise psychology needs analysis and client education.
Understand the main psychological skills training interventions and how they can be implemented in a sport and exercise setting.
Discuss how to evaluate professional practice and use reflective practice to ensure practitioner development.
Learning Outcomes

Outline Syllabus:Understanding the client: Making contact, building rapport and negotiating roles; Doing a needs analysis
Interventions: Feeding back and designing interventions; Psychological skills training; Delivering intervention programmes and educational workshops
