Outline Syllabus:Professional , Legal and Ethical dilemma relating to Long Term care ( Value of Life/Ethical Distress/ Withdrawal of Treatment /Consent/Accountability )
Health Needs Assessment including public health issues ( e.g. drug and alcohol abuse, homelessness)
Risk Management strategies
Social inclusion and equality of access
Self Care including Rehabilitative care
Care of the Dying
