Aims

This module aims for students to apply knowledge skills and behaviours to practice in a work based project which broadens their perspective on the organisation, investigating the way the organisation creates value and delivers advantage using the learning from the modules during the year.

Learning Outcomes

1.
Negotiate objectives with employer for a project
2.
Analyse, using relevant concepts, an aspect of business in relation to customers, strategy and leadership
3.
Propose approaches to contribute to the value created by the organisation that inform how it creates advantage.
4.
Report and present findings with reflection on their effectiveness as practitioner and own leadership approaches

Module Overview:
This module enables you to apply knowledge skills and behaviours to practice in a work-based project which broadens your perspective on the organisation, investigating the way the organisation creates value and delivers advantage using the learning from the modules during the year.
Additional Information:Formative assessment will take place at stages during the preparation of the portfolio. Action learning groups set up at the beginning of the programme provide a learning strategy for learners to explore their project issues and opportunities within a group setting, receiving feedback and support in developing their approach and ideas.
