Aims
The aim of this module is facilitate the student’s transition to university.
The module will assist students in developing the essential personal and study skills that are necessary to succeed in an undergraduate law programme. The module provides opportunities for students to engage in small group sessions where they can develop working relationships with fellow students.
To introduce students to the basic concepts, structures and mechanisms through which English Law develops.
To familiarize students with the importance of judicial law-making and the significance of international law.
To introduce students to the issues surrounding law and morality and law and justice.
