Aims
1. To teach quantitative and qualitative research methods and understand their respective strength and limits
2. To explore how scholars conduct research such as interview, survey, regression analysis and archival studies.
3. To examine key academic articles and reflect upon their strengths and weaknesses
Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate an ability to employ different research approaches in understanding and conducting research.

Identify and utilise appropriate techniques according to the research question being examined.
3.
Conduct a literature review on a particular International Relations and Politics topic.
4.
To identify and reflect upon the following aspects of personal development:
strengths and weaknesses, motivations and values, ability to work with others.
