Aims

This module aims to equip apprentices with the knowledge and skills required to plan and manage projects effectively and analyse and mitigate project risk.

Review project methodologies to specific contexts and assess the importance of effectively managing the project life cycle

Use project management theories, tools and techniques to plan and manage organisational projects

This module aims to equip apprentices with the knowledge and skills required to plan and manage projects effectively and analyse and mitigate project risk.
